I recently had my investment property renovated by Scotty’s Project, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
Walter demonstrated exceptional professionalism and communication throughout the project. He listened to my ideas and preferences, and provided valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the outcome.

His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the renovation, from the quality of materials used to the precision of the craftsmanship.

Despite a few unforeseen challenges, Walter handled them efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the project stayed on track and within budget.

The end result exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the transformation of my first investment property!! I highly recommend Walter to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their renovation needs. Thank you for your outstanding work!

Excellent! Walter texted me immediately and came the same day to give me an estimate. That was a Tuesday, and the job was done on Thursday! Looks fantastic and I would definitely use them again!

Walter and his crew were great to work with! We had a bunch of small projects to prep our house to sell. Walter worked to fit us in quickly, and helped us with everything we needed - from full drywall to just replacing a baseboard. His team was polite, clean, and professional.

Walter had a very honest and professional approach to my needs and that deserves recognition. It didn’t work out this time but I’ll make sure to save his contact because I’d love to work with him in the future.

Walter came and gave me a honest estimate when he agreed to and sent the estimate through email which was very professional.
Showed up the day he agreed to and got right to work
Installed everything appropriately and everything turned out better than expected
I highly recommend
